AXT also incorporates a TPR over-mold on the DAMPENING CONE with its TRIAD three flex blades absorbing the energy that is transferred to the tip. The three blades flex and contact the exterior dampening wall. This shuts down vibration in its tracks. The blades are like a tuning fork and the containment wall stops the flexing of the blade on contact.
